At SafeHouse, our primary focus is to provide advocacy, support and resources to survivors facing crisis as a result of intimate partner and sexual violence. Please note that all SafeHouse Center staff must undergo and satisfy various criminal background checks, DHHS child abuse registry check, sex offender registry check, and motor vehicle record check. Staff must have and maintain a valid MI driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. These requirements will be re-checked throughout employment.
