Father’s Day

It’s almost Father’s Day! Have you thought about what to get for the great dads in your life?

This Father’s Day we invite you to make a donation in honor of a dad in your life to show them how much they mean to you.

Honor the dads in your life who do not look away from violence in our community, but who challenge its existence. Honor the dads in your life who teach their children that violence is unacceptable, that consent is important, and that we should all treat each other with love and respect.

Though sexual assault and domestic violence continue to be rampant in our society, we are privileged to have so many good men in our community who refuse to tolerate such behaviors. This includes fathers, uncles, brothers, friends, sons and partners who all address the urgency of our cause and say, “intimate partner violence is unacceptable.”

Fathers deserve recognition every day of the year, but this June 19th why not make the day special by honoring the good men in your life with a gift to SafeHouse Center? When you donate to SafeHouse Center for Father’s day, we’ll send your honoree a Father’s Day card recognizing your gift in his honor.
