  • Shelter Residents: 10
    • SafeHouse Center sheltered 5 adults and 5 children during this period.
  • Calls Answered: 64
    • Our Helpline is staffed 24 hours a day. Survivors, their friends/family, and 3rd parties call for support, shelter screening, or resources.
  • Crisis Support: 6
    • Number of sessions spent one-on-one with an individual needing trauma support with an advocate.
  • Support Groups: 4
    • Number of survivors who attended a Support Group. We have 6 different groups. 1 session was held during this time period.
  • Legal Support: 46
    • Number of survivors who were assisted in navigating the legal system which includes attending court hearings and providing information on the legal process.
  • Emergency Response: 57
    • Number of times a SHC advocate responded to an emergency call. Survivors coming to our door (Walk-ins) = 1; Police calls = 28; Hospital calls = 4; Jail releases of a perpetrator = 24
  • Additionally, there were 5 survivors that called to inquire about receiving a Personal Protection Order (PPO)
