All staff and volunteers who will be working directly with survivors or their children are required to complete our crisis intervention training program.  This training is offered twice a year; it is comprehensive and prepares volunteers to become a member of the Response Team, Shelter/HelpLine Program, Children & Youth Program, and  Support Group Program.  Volunteers are trained for only one program at the training.
