County Commissioner’s Haircut For Homelessness Fundraiser

Washtenaw County Commissioner (District 11) and Working Session Chair Yousef Rabhi  is raising money for the Shelter Association, The Safe House Center and Alpha House with a novel approach.  He will be cutting his hair – 7 years of growth totaling an impressive 28 inches.
