This is a 4-week group that will focus on the needs and experiences of sexual assault/abuse survivors who are beginning the process of healing. We will discuss topics such as safety and health concerns, self-care and self-forgiveness, family and friends, long-term aspects of healing, and community resources and support. We will also incorporate topics that participants are particularly interested in discussing. We would greatly appreciate it if you can register for the group by Friday, January 29th.
